Operations – JD:

• Regular Interaction with Principals/Vessel Master/Owner
• Handling Claim Related issues with Customers/Ports/Principals or any other Vendors
• Vessel agency & Cargo handling related work ( Pre-arrival to Departure)
• Monitoring and achieving excellence on vessel turn around
• Information to Principals/In house on updates w.r.t. Authorities related to work at site
• Liaising & coordinating with Container Depots, Container Freight Stations (CFS), Inland Container Depots (ICDs) for monitoring & report of movement of containers
• Ensure timely submission of reports as per the deadline
• Updation of cost tables against the respective principals / agencies
• Vessel Husbanding
• Monitoring all Operational Related Activities
