- Apply DG, OOG in the system and update customers on their queries/emails.
- Send circulars, follow-up for special cargo bookings with customers and update the team.
- Respond to inquiries and follow thru to bring in business successfully. Quote rates to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth shipments for customers.
- Preparation of reports and send to principles, preparation & Updation of sales Contracts, Invoices.
- Follow up with customers on the overdues/outstandings and report to the HOD.
- Timely submission of reports set by the management as per the deadline.
